Mark the start of solstice with a beginner yoga class at the AVAM. Flow through yoga sequences and deep breath work plus a short meditation for maximum stress relief and relaxation. Attain tranquility of the mind and spirit while also building strength.

All fitness levels welcome, no prior yoga experience required. Please bring a mat and water. This class will be held outside if the weather cooperates!

Free, but please RSVP, space is limited.
Waiver must be completed in order to participate.
